Please fill out your registration form and submit it to Northern Nevada Center for Independent Living.
We will email you an invoice. All registration fees are nonrefundable after October 21, 2014. Only fully paid completed applications can be considered and will be reviewed first come/first serve until space is filled.
Booth space is 10’x10,’ and you’re responsible for your own table, chairs, pop-up and anything else you need. Electricity will not be provided.
In the spirit of the day, please include carved pumpkins or Halloween items in the decoration of your booth. Costumes are encouraged!
Vendors are responsible for disposal of trash in a receptacle provided.
Vendors must commit to being open for the entire duration of the festival, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
You will not be allowed to set up until checked in by PumpkinPalooza management after 7:00 a.m.
All access will be closed for security from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. so please plan to remain until this time.
No solicitations, recruiting, distribution of literature or promotion of any particular cause, program or political candidate will be allowed. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.
